Contour Blades
A range of narrow bandknives for use on fully automated CNC machines, or on manually positioned for cutting contours. Available in straight edge or toothed edge, and in widths from 3mm to 4.5mm. Can be produced as continuous loops or as straight lengths for reciprocating machines.

Diamond" Toothed Edge for cutting the most wide-ranging types of rubber A V-shaped toothed bandknife available in single or double edge, with teeth per inch (tpi) from 3 tpi to 20 tpi. Used to cut more rigid or higher density foam, the teeth give greater penetration to the cut. Toothed bandknives can also be used for cutting abrasive foam.

File-Resharpenable
Traditional file-resharpenable wood bandsaw, available toothed only, or toothed, set and sharpened. The set pattern of ETS (each tooth set) allows the blade to be resharpened by files. Available in widths from 3mm to 70mm.

Scallop Edge for cutting harder synthetics-based textiles. A scallop edge bandknife for many food slicing applications including boneless meats, processed meats, cheeses, and soft - boned meats. Also used for cutting rubber seals and gaskets, packaging material, and other applications where an initial penetration is needed. Available in widths from 10mm to 25mm with various pitches and gullet depths.

Wavy Edge for cutting toilet paper, ordinary paper,corrugated paper, soft plastics or rubber foam, etc. wavy edge bandknife for cutting materials such as tissue, paper and textiles, the wavy edge gives a clean, smooth finish. Available in widths from 13mm to 25mm and in a short wave pitch or long wave pitch.
